HOW DO WE PACK ?

 

The fresh product from our tub is rinsed in water to remove the mud and unwanted particles. Then it is wrapped in a paper while having optimum moisture (water) content. Next, a layer of plastic comes for the covering. Then the package is immersed in a cardboard box. Decent amount of adhesive tapes are wrapped to make the packaging stronger. The necessary details are attached and there your courier is ready for shipment.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Customers should open the box carefully and send a clear picture of the product as soon as they receive the courier. There is no return and refund option available for any order. However, if there is too much delay in delivery of the product and if the picture taken met our expectations as a damaged product, we will be giving a replacement in the subsequent order.

SHIPPING COST INFO

Courier and shipping charges is additional to the product price mentioned. It is dependent on the total product price.

An estimation is given below,

Product cost: Rs.0 - Rs.999; Shipping cost: Rs.150

Product cost: Rs.999 and above; Shipping cost: Rs.0

There is no cash on delivery option available. Once we receive the payment, we make ready for shipment. In case you haven't paid during checkout, we will contact you through WhatsApp/ Phone call regarding payment.

Courier is sent on every week on Mondays and the slip containing tracking number will be sent to the respective customers by end of the day. Thereby, order confirmed on or before 12 noon of a particular Sunday is eligible for shipment on the coming Monday. We make use of India post and DTDC courier services for shipping as per convenience. We are not responsible for delay and damages during transit. We pack such a way that the tubers can be alive for 10 days and plants for 7 days unless opened which is more than enough to reach anywhere in India.
